  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon optional

  • 16 ounces 2 blocks cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Method

  2. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  4. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.

  6. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

  8. Bake the crust for 8–10 minutes, then remove it from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.

  10. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth.
