Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

For the Filling

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Topping

  • 2 tablespoons butter

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until evenly combined. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan to form an even crust. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy. Spread the filling evenly over the crust. Melt the chocolate chips with the butter until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate over the filling and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until fully set. Slice into 16 bars and serve chilled.
