  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup

Chocolate Topping
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. Add peanut butter, melted butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix until a thick brownie mixture forms.
  5. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and coconut oil together, stirring until smooth.
  7. Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the brownie layer.
  8. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
  9. Lift the brownies from the pan using the parchment paper.
  10. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
